The ultimate 'Rocky' fan builds miniature replicas of the movie's real-life Philly locations

Joey Umana of Levittown, N.Y., is a total “Rocky” fan. He's seen all the movies about 100 times. A couple years ago, he finally came to Philly and visited the “Rocky” locations. He then decided to try his hand at building his own (miniature) versions.
